This place holds the best open mic night in Britain... or even, the world! I thought people telling me this we're being biast, until I went along myself...

The Ginglik

The Ginglik is a fantastic underground venue in Shepards Bush, London. ...Once you've walked down the steps from the street and rung the door bell of the old victorian door, you will be greeted with a smile, and a warm, friendly, laid back, amazing atmosphere. It's one of the most unique venues I have been to and worked in, and I look forward to seeing more and more musicians play there!

The Cavendish Arms

A wonderfully friendly, perfect venue for all things music. Recently gutted and re-vamped especially, this place is wonderful and I recommend it for musician and audiences. A guaranteed good night out!

The Old Kings Head

There be good stuff a'brewing in The Magpies Nest... (Islington, London) one of my new favourite venues for live music......they hold a fantastic one song each open mic, and the room upstairs is so comfy! I have seen Sam Beer and Richard Llewellyn-Davis play here... and look forward to many more!

Monkey Chews

A fantastic little bar and resturant in Chalk Farm, North London. It's cosy, warm and welcoming and host to some amazing live music every now and again. ..including the eARmusic team's regular nights.
